2009 PATIENT APPRECIATION PARTY

Our Patient Appreciation Party was a HUGE success! Cf&S patient’s wearing braces and a guest of their choice, joined the CF&S team at Thunder Island for a perfect day of water sliding, swimming, miniature golf and “dunk the doctor”! Some took a break to get a special “tooth” tattoo, while others were amazed by the “Magic Man” and his slight of hand! Dr. Flanagan & Dr. John headed up the first annual “Miniature Golf Challenge”, while Dr. Smith continued the ever popular “Dunk the Doctor”!

The entry ticket for everyone was a non-perishable food item for the Rescue Mission. We had quite a truck load to donate to those in need. THANK YOU to all who participated! We invite all of our patients wearing braces next year to join us in 2010. Keep checking the web site for more information.

The doctors and staff at CF&S were happy to be part of the OCDS team that participated in this year’s Corporate Challenge at Onondaga Lake Park. It was an event to remember with over 6,000 registered walkers and runners representing 243 companies. We enjoyed good food, good company and a little exercise!!

LITTLE LEAGUE

One way we are able to encourage and support the communities we serve is by sponsoring Little League teams. We know that the benefits these programs provide our children are immeasurable and we are proud to be in the line up. We hope you are ALL wearing your mouth guards!

Claudia and Nancy were thrilled to have the opportunity to speak at the National 2009 American Orthodontic Association Convention in Boston. They shared CF&S’s successful Dental Health programs for schools including presentations, career days & health fairs, with other offices from around the country.
